Prayer: The Practice
A 4-week online course for building a personal prayer practice
Prayer is one of the simplest spiritual tools we have — but for many people, it can also feel distant, formal, or difficult to make part of everyday life.
This course was created as a practical companion to my book Prayer: Faith, Focus, and Words, but you do not need to read the book first to benefit from it. The course stands on its own and is designed to help you understand prayer more clearly, experience it more personally, and begin building a rhythm of prayer that feels honest and alive.
Over four weeks, we will move step by step from understanding what prayer is to practicing it in real life — in moments of gratitude, fear, uncertainty, healing, forgiveness, and quiet reflection.
This is not a theology class. It is not about memorizing perfect words or following someone else’s formula. It is a practical, personal course for anyone who wants to develop a deeper, more natural conversation with God.
